New owners of a property in Port Royal may decide to become members of the Club which will give them access to the community amenities. Port Royal Club membership is only available when you own property in Port Royal.

HOTEL

The Inn on Fifth is a luxurious boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Naples, right on Fifth Avenue South. The Escalante, a Mediterranean villa style hotel, is only steps away from the beautiful white sand beach and Fifth Avenue South.

 

ATTRACTION

Port Royal is located at the end of beautiful Old Naples and is at proximity to many attractions. The Naples Pier is located less than 2 miles from Port Royal and extends in the Gulf of Mexico to allow sightseeing and fishing. The Pier features restrooms, showers, a concession stand with covered eating area, and beach supplies. The Palm Cottage, located near the Pier, was built in 1895 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Cambier Park is a community park in the center of Old Naples where free outdoor movies are shown during the year.  The park also has playgrounds, a community building, and a theater auditorium. Cambier Park hosts many art shows and charity events throughout the season. Residents of Port Royal can enjoy the closeness of the famous Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South for a mix of glamour and laid-back shops and restaurants.

GOLF

Although there is no private golf club connected to Port Royal, many residents chose to be members at Hole in the Wall and Royal Poinciana. Hole in the Wall has membership by invitation only; sponsoring members must request current information in person. Royal Poinciana has two regulation eighteen hole courses. The Cypress Course is very tropical looking because of the many cypress trees and Royal Palms. This course has several marshlands and six ponds that come into play on ten holes. The Cypress Course has more water than the Pines Course. The Pines Course is longer and more open than the Cypress Course. Both courses were built on level terrain. All of the greens and tee boxes are elevated and some of the greens have double-tiered surfaces.
